How To Change Language On Amazon Prime Video

What to Know

If you’ve started watching something and want to change the language, the process is slightly different. Here’s how to change it.

Select the Language tab.

Select your choice of language, then select Save.

In the Prime Video app for smart TVs, select the gear icon > Language and choose a language.

• Find something to watch and begin playing it.
• Select Subtitles & Audio.
• Select the language you want to change to.
• The TV show or movie will now play in that language.

Tap My Stuff.

Tap Settings (gear icon).

Tap Language.

Choose the language you want to use.

Tap yes to refresh the app.

The app and any videos you watch are now in that language.

Select Language.

Select English or your preferred language.

Select Save.

When you change the preferred language in the Alexa app, the change applies to all connected devices and Alexa’s responses. Go to More > Settings > Device Settings > select your device, and choose your preferred language in the app. The Echo device may not fully support all languages.
