What to Know
Some devices, such as smart TVs, require you to enter a registration code (rather than a password) on your computer or smartphone to confirm it’s you. Here’s what to do in this case.
Open the Alexa app.
Tap Devices.
Tap the plus sign in the corner of the screen.
Tap Add Device.
Tap the name of the device you wish to add.
Typically, this relates to the Prime Video app.
Select Sign in.
Enter the six-letter registration code that appears on the Prime Video screen.
Wait for the registration to complete.
Click Account & Lists.
You may need to log in here.
Click Manage Your Content and Devices.
Click Devices.
Click on a group of devices to view more details.
Click a device name.
Click Deregister to remove it from your list.
