Windows 10 build 16199 is now available for testers with PCs enrolled in the Fast ring. This new build of the OS is part of the Fall Creators Update rolling out in September, and it includes a number of new features and improvements over the previous release.

This new flight of Windows 10 is a minor update, but it delivers a few improvements like badge notifications, animated emoji, and easy file sharing on the My People feature. The Settings app introduces tips and videos to help users understand settings a little more, and there is a new option to delete files in the Downloads folder that haven’t changed in the 30 days. Cortana now displays incoming call notifications, and much more.
